Join us and some very talented singer-songwriters for our 2nd anniversary!

The Blue Jay Sessions: Anniversary Edition is happening Sept. 1-4 and will feature 26 Canadian musicians performing in a series of songwriters' circles each evening. As always, singers will share their original songs and the stories them.

We’ll have some fun food and drink options including wine, cocktails and plenty of Russell Brewing Co. craft beer including our Blue Jay Sessions beer.

These sessions will take place in our brand new home, The Prairie Emporium. This unique indoor event space is located at 300-334 53 Ave SE–adjacent to Ill-Fated Kustoms–and boasts plenty of parking, is a short Uber ride from the heart of Calgary and a 15 minute walk from the Chinook LRT station.

Continuing to keep health and safety front-of-mind, we will be adhering to all live performance safety protocols put forward by Alberta Health Services.

Please note: We have added an afternoon session to Saturday, Sept. 4. All sessions will also take place indoors.
